Chris tells us about his experiences with bullying, suicidal thoughts, binge eating, and exercise.Ĭhris has been very open about sharing his own story, in which he tells of how he fell victim to bullying during his first year at secondary school which caused him to leave school after suffering a series of panic attacks, which in turn led him to the brink of suicide at the age of just 14.

Ray has been on and off our TV screens for over ten years, appearing in shows such as ITV's The Paranormal 5, Syfy Australia's Haunting Australia, and many more, he has also appeared in countless radio shows, newspapers, and media publications talking about his work in the paranormal, anti-bullying, suicide awareness, he is also one of the Celebrity Patrons for the charity called BulliesOut. Sinéad stated that both women experimented with many diets over the years and ultimately developed disordered eating habits (constantly thinking about food feeling stressed, guilty, and ashamed about food choices and eating behaviours engaging in cycles of binging and restriction). Sinéad, a mental health nurse and nutritional therapist, and Gillian, a mental health social worker and yoga teacher, have created an online community aimed at deconstructing diet culture and harmful attitudes towards weight loss and nutrition. Sinead and her sister Gillian Crowe are two leading proponents of intuitive eating.
